Shawn was very professional, prompt and through. We had to work around our available travel dates and Shawn was very flexible and patient. She was able to find the best flights and prices for us. She's the real deal! She handled our family cruise from top to bottom. Not easy to please 16 people but she did great! Made sure she organized all the excursions, a dining table to fit us all for every meal, and behind the scene tour of the ship for a few of our kids! Perfection!
