Amazing Second Honeymoon! Shawn helped us cancel our trip to Jamaica and rebooked us to Punta Cana within 24 hours. It was not only us, but another couple as well. She sent us reminders about passports, and getting QR codes to travel internationally. When we had questions while on vacation, she answered within minutes.

Shawn found us an amazing last minute vacation to the Dominican Republic. This was my first time using a travel agent and Shawn was amazing! 1st Christmas Trip ​ Excellent Service!

The best part?! Shawn took care of EVERYTHING! I literally showed up at the airport with my suitcase! My family was shocked by the prices of some vacation spots and Shawn suggested something we had never considered. It was absolutely perfect!

When I imagined the beauty of Hawaii, I envisioned swaying palm trees, swimming with turtles, delicious fruits and drinks but never in a million years could I have dreamt up heaven on earth. Shawn booked us with a super beautiful resort for us to spend our honeymoon at. This place was fabulous. The people were amazing. The resort was beautiful, the food was great and the weather was Perfect. We ran into some problems upon leaving, and even on a sunday, Shawn was available, and helped us more than anyone has probably ever helped me.. The booking process was simple and straightforward. Having the transportation as part of the reservation made the travel to and from the resort seamless and worry free. After being assigned a room that was clearly not what we had booked and paid for, Shawn advocated for us and we were assigned to an ocean view room that met our expectations. The reason we booked through a travel concierge was "just in case", and we are so glad we did. Shawn was wonderful to work with. We'll never book another way!
