Hi! My name is Shawn Hayes. I have turned my more than three decades of global experiences into a finely tuned travel catalog for you to explore. While I now live in Indianapolis and have my office here, I am helping travelers locally as well as nationwide. My specialties, because of my experiences, match up perfectly with my clients’ desires and expectations for their stories. Sarah Thompson
Specializing in Adventure Travel, Destination Weddings, and Group Travel
Sarah joined Travel With Shawn Hayes in 2023, she spent 19 years working as a nurse before jumping full time into the travel industry. Her love for travel started when I was a child growing up in a military family and traveling with her parents.
She has shared the travel bug with her own children and now we love checking out new places around the world every chance we get.

Our favorite place we have visited is definitely Costa Rica and we can't wait to go back and see more of that beautiful country!

Bailey joined Travel With Shawn Hayes in 2023, she has traveled across Europe and the US extensively and enjoys off-the-beaten-path adventures.
Bailey's background is nursing, and she spent nearly 3 years as a travel nurse exploring the country while living in an RV .

Malinda and Roger Latigo
Roger and Malinda joined Travel with Shawn Hayes in 2024. Malinda has been a teacher for 28 years and enjoys traveling every opportunity she can. She has turned Roger into a travel lover too! Roger and Malinda are avid Disney lovers and have been to both Disney World and Disneyland multiple times for every occasion....Engagement, Honeymoon, Family Vacations, Spring Break, Halloween and Christmas celebrations to name a few!!

They are also HUGE Detroit Tigers fans and LOVE to take their love of baseball on the road to see NEW stadiums when given the chance!! They have taken their family on multiple baseball adventures across the US!!

Jess joined Travel with Shawn Hayes in 2024, they have traveled within the US, Europe, Canada and Mexico and love having meaningful adventures in nature.
Jess is also a licensed marriage and family therapist who loves traveling and discussing travel as a way of connecting with others. As a travel agent, Jess specializes in LGBT travel as they want to support the community in finding fun, significant and safe adventures whether it be destination weddings, group travel or whatever creates memories to cherish for years to come.
